Terms of Use

Last Updated: April 2026 · Effective: April 2026

These Terms of Use (the "Terms") govern your access to and use of the website 911Accidents.com (the "Site"), operated by [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME] ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using the Site, submitting a form, calling our phone number, or otherwise communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By using the Site, you represent that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated by reference. These Terms constitute a binding agreement between you and [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME].

2. About Our Service

911Accidents.com is a lawyer referral service. We connect individuals who have been injured in accidents with one or more independent, licensed attorneys who may be able to assist with their potential cases. We are not a law firm, we are not attorneys, and we do not provide legal services or legal advice. The independent attorneys to whom we refer cases ("Participating Attorneys") are licensed by their respective state bars and operate independently of [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME].

Attorney advertising. The information on this Site, including all marketing materials, is attorney advertising under applicable state bar rules. Past results described do not guarantee a similar outcome in your case.

3. No Attorney-Client Relationship

Submitting a form, calling our phone number, or otherwise contacting us does not create an attorney-client relationship between you and [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME] or any Participating Attorney. An attorney-client relationship is formed only after (a) a Participating Attorney has reviewed your matter, (b) you and that attorney have executed a written engagement or retainer agreement, and (c) the attorney has expressly accepted representation. Until then, no confidentiality privilege attaches and no legal advice is being provided.

4. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) and capable of forming a binding contract to use the Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements. The Site is intended for users in the United States; if you access it from outside the U.S., you do so at your own risk and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

5. User Submissions

When you submit information through a form, by phone, by text, or by email, you represent that the information is accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you have the right to share it. You grant [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME] a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, store, transmit, and share that information with Participating Attorneys and service providers solely for the purpose of evaluating and responding to your inquiry.

Do not submit privileged or highly sensitive information through the Site or via unencrypted email. Information you transmit may not be secure and is not protected by attorney-client privilege until an attorney-client relationship is formally established.

6. Communications & TCPA Consent

By submitting a form or providing your phone number, you expressly consent to receive calls, text messages (including by autodialer or pre-recorded voice), and emails from [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME] and Participating Attorneys at the phone number(s) and email address(es) you provide, even if your number is on a state or federal Do Not Call list.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site — including text, graphics, logos, images, layout, and software — is owned by or licensed to [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME] and is protected by U.S. and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, or use any content for commercial purposes without our prior written consent.

8. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

9. Disclaimers

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or accuracy. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

Information on the Site is for general informational purposes only and is not legal advice. You should consult with a licensed attorney about your specific situation before making any legal decision.

Statutes of limitations and other legal deadlines vary by state and by claim type. We make no representation that any particular case has merit or that any particular result can be obtained.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, in no event shall [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME], its officers, directors, employees, agents, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, including lost profits, lost data, or business interruption, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall not exceed one hundred U.S. dollars (US $100). Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages; in those jurisdictions, our liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

We are not responsible for the acts, omissions, or services of Participating Attorneys. Any legal services provided by a Participating Attorney are governed by the engagement agreement between you and that attorney.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless [ENTITY_LEGAL_NAME] and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of (a) your use of the Site, (b) your violation of these Terms, (c) your violation of any law or third-party right, or (d) any false or misleading information you submit.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [ENTITY_STATE], without regard to its conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or the Site shall be resolved as follows:

  1. Informal resolution. Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at Leads@boostwithlaunchpad.com and attempt in good faith to resolve the dispute.
  2. Binding arbitration. If informal resolution fails within 60 days, any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in [ENTITY_STATE], and judgment on the award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
  3. Class-action waiver. You agree to bring claims only in your individual capacity and not as part of any class or representative action, to the extent permitted by law.
  4. Exceptions. Either party may bring a claim in small-claims court or seek injunctive relief for intellectual-property infringement.

If any portion of this section is held unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in effect. Nothing in this section limits a Participating Attorney's separate professional obligations.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last Updated" date at the top. Material changes will be communicated by a notice on the Site. Your continued use of the Site after any change constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to a change, you must stop using the Site.
